DYE SUBLIMATION
Dye sublimation is a printing process that involves transferring dye onto a special sublimation paper, which is then transferred onto a polyester-based fabric using heat and pressure. The result is a permanent, high-quality, and fullcolor print that becomes part of the fabric rather than sitting on top of it. Dye sublimation is an excellent option for producing custom apparel with fullcolor designs, photographs, and intricate patterns.
It works best on light-colored, polyester-based fabrics and can produce vibrant and durable prints that won’t crack or peel.
